THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • If I damage my item, can you repair it?
    Yes. Please see our “Store Policy” section for more information reading this issue.
  • How long do I have to return an item?
    You can send your item back to us for a refund 30 days after the date that you receive your item.
  • Are your items inspected for authenticity?
    We have all of our items inspected to make sure that they are as stated on the website and are authentic. What we mean by that is that we have our gold inspected to make sure that it is in fact real gold, we have our diamonds inspected to make sure that they are as stated on the website, and so on.
  • Will I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
    Yes. You will need to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • If my ring does not fit, can I exchange it for a different size?
    Yes. Please see our “Store Policy” section for more information on how this can be done.
  • When will I receive my order after I have made a purchase?
    Please allow up to 1-3 weeks from the date of your purchase to receive your item. In the event that there are any delays with your order on our end, we will alert you.
  • How do I return my item for a full refund?
    Simply send your item back to us ***along with your order number and a note that says “refund”. ***
  • How long will it take for me to receive a refund after you have received my return?
    After we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund. After that, it will take the banks another 2 or so business days for the banks to settle the transaction.
