Payment Methods

If you receive a ring and the size does not fit, we offer exchanges between ring sizes. Please reach out to us if you are interested in a ring size exchange and we will work with you then. In general, the process will involve you sending the ring that you have back to us ***along with your order number and a note that lets us know what size you would like to have*** for us to swap it out for the size you would like to have.  Please allow up to a week and a half to two weeks for the entire process to be completed. Once we reship your ring, we will message you the new tracking number. There is no charge for this service. We can do this up to 2 times maximum.

 

Please note that we do not exchange one item for another. If you do not want the item that you have purchased and see something on the website that you would prefer to have instead, you will need to send the item that you have back for a refund then purchase the item you would like as a new order.

 

Regarding repairs:

If your item needs a repair, please reach out to us then and we will see what we can do. If a diamond or stone has gone missing, we will need to charge you for the stone before we can replace it. Again, please feel free to reach out to us for any reason regarding a repair and we will see what we can do.
